David Jones Appointed Managing Director, Services at Zello

Zello Group has today announced the appointment of Mr. David (Dai) Jones, as Managing Director of Integrated Performance Solutions to drive the company’s operational excellence and strategy for global growth. Dai, based in both United Kingdom and UAE, has more than 30 years’ experience in developing healthcare, security and safety solutions across the world.

Dai will be responsible for leading on the execution of core operational and growth strategies, M&A integration, mentoring Team Zello personnel, and ensuring the smooth execution of new service contracts.

Previously, Dai was instrumental as a co-founder in the startup of Exmed UK and more recently in the development of remote healthcare services for Iqarus and International SOS (who acquired Exmed), providing executive leadership on strategic development, organizational structures, and implementation of all operational requirements. This role saw Dai engaging with international entities, including the United Nations and NATO amongst others, ensuring collaboration across all stakeholders, and that solution design was fit for task, complaint and offered quality healthcare for the patients.

Dai served 18 years with the United Kingdom Joint Medical Services including 8 years with United Kingdom Special Forces. He also holds an MBA with distinction, majoring in Leadership and Organizational Culture.
