Jacqui Finnigan, CPsychol AFBPsS – Head of Psychological & Neurodiversity Services

We are extremely pleased to welcome Jacqui Finnigan onboard Business Health and the Zello Group, as we team together to combine skill sets and expertise, for the provision of a new integrated workforce health and wellbeing service, now with the inclusion of critical Psychological & Neurodiversity Services, for our valued clients.

Jacqui is BPS Chartered and a HCPC Registered Psychologist with 18 years’ clinical experience working within Occupational Health, NHS mental health settings, independent private practice, and the private sector. She has specialist skills and experience in treating anxiety disorders, depression, stress, PTSD, complex PTSD, eating disorders, and personality disorders. In addition, Jacqui, through her extensive training, comes with advanced level skills in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and an advanced certification in Schema Therapy.

Jacqui has a career background in human resources, management training and careers consultancy, and from a Zello perspective has excellent service delivery skills with a proven ability in developing strategy and driving continuous improvement." She brings this unique set of skills to create integrated delivery approaches to mental health neurodiversity, and wellbeing at organisational, group and individual levels.

Jacqui has a MSc in Counselling Psychology from the City University of London, and a BSc (Hons) Psychology from Aberdeen University.
